  • Business-related data encountered while troubleshooting or administering systems.
Our commitment: Any data We access in the course of service delivery is used solely to provide and improve Your IT services. We treat all such data as strictly confidential in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable data processing agreement.

  • From third parties such as credit reporting agencies (when assessing credit terms), referral partners, or other service providers acting on Your behalf; and
  • Automatically via cookies, web server logs, and similar tracking technologies when You visit Our website.
§ 5

How We Use Your Information

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell Your personal information. We do not share Your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share Your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers & Subcontractors

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors and subcontractors who assist Us in delivering Services to You — such as cloud platform providers, remote monitoring tool vendors, cybersecurity partners, and software distributors. These parties are required to protect Your information and may only use it as directed by Us.

Providers Used on Our Website

Our website relies on the following third-party providers, each of which may process limited personal information on Our behalf. Each provider handles Your information under its own privacy policy:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — We use Cloudflare Turnstile on Our contact form to verify that submissions come from a human rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes technical signals such as Your IP address and browser characteristics to perform that check.
  • LeadConnector / HighLevel, Inc. — We use a hosted chat widget and lead-management platform to receive and respond to inquiries submitted through Our website. Information You enter into the chat widget or Our forms — such as Your name, email address, phone number, and message — is processed and stored by this provider on Our behalf.
  • Growably — We use Growably in connection with the delivery and management of the above website and lead-capture functionality.
  • Microsoft Corporation — When You book a consultation, You are directed to Microsoft Bookings. Any scheduling details You provide there are processed by Microsoft under Microsoft's privacy terms.

We do not authorize any of these providers to use Your information for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party IT Providers on Your Behalf

With Your authorization, We may share relevant information with Your internet service provider, software vendors, or other third-party providers in order to manage Your services, open support tickets, or resolve technical issues on Your behalf.

Credit & Financial Verification

We may share limited information with credit reporting agencies when assessing Your eligibility for extended payment terms, as disclosed in Our Terms & Conditions.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose Your information where required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or where We believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect Our rights, Your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or transfer of Our business, Your information may be transferred to a successor entity. We will notify You of any such change and the privacy practices of the successor.

We will never disclose Your confidential business, financial, or employee information to any party without Your written consent, except as required by law.
§ 7

Data Retention

We retain Your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain an active client relationship and deliver ongoing Services;
  • Comply with Our legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations;
  • Resolve disputes and enforce Our agreements; and
  • Meet the requirements of applicable frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2, where relevant.

When information is no longer needed, We will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with Our internal data retention schedule. Records related to active or recently completed service agreements are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years, consistent with Georgia business records retention requirements.

Information obtained through remote monitoring tools on Your systems remains on Our platforms only for as long as Our service agreement is active, or as otherwise agreed, and will be purged upon termination of the engagement.

§ 8

Security of Your Information

We take the security of Your information seriously. As a cybersecurity-focused MSP, We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry best practices, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest where applicable;
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for access to systems holding client data;
  • Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only;
  • Regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and patch management;
  • Secure, audited remote access tools for client system administration; and
  • Documented incident response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While We take all reasonable measures to protect Your information, We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects Your personal information, We will notify You as required by applicable law.
§ 9

Your Rights

Depending on Your location and applicable law, You may have the following rights with respect to Your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact Us at the details in Section 14.

Access

Request a copy of the personal information We hold about You.

Correction

Request that We correct any inaccurate or incomplete information about You.

Deletion

Request deletion of Your personal information, subject to Our legal retention obligations.

Restriction

Request that We limit the processing of Your information in certain circumstances.

Opt-Out of Marketing

Opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications from Us at any time.

Portability

Request a portable copy of Your data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.

We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time frame, and no later than thirty (30) days unless the complexity of the request requires additional time, in which case We will notify You. We will not discriminate against You for exercising any of these rights.

Please note that certain information may need to be retained to fulfill Our legal obligations or to complete a transaction You have requested, even if You request deletion.

§ 10

Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance Your browsing experience and help Us understand how the site is used. A cookie is a small text file placed on Your device when You visit a website.

  • Chat & inquiry cookies: Set by Our LeadConnector chat widget to maintain Your conversation and associate Your inquiry with any reply We send.
  • Analytics cookies: If and when We enable website analytics, these help Us understand visitor behavior, traffic sources, and page performance. They are anonymized and aggregated where possible. We will update this Policy before enabling any analytics provider that identifies You individually.
  • Preference cookies: Remember Your settings and choices to improve Your experience.

You can control or disable non-essential cookies through Your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of Our website. Most browsers also allow You to delete existing cookies through their settings menus.

We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising, and We do not allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies on Our website.

§ 11

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or platforms — such as software vendor portals, industry resources, or partner sites. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and are not responsible for their policies. We encourage You to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites You visit.

§ 12

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended exclusively for businesses and their authorized representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If We become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, We will promptly delete that information. If You believe We have collected such information, please contact Us immediately.

§ 13

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When We do, We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, We will provide notice through Our website or by direct communication to active clients.

We encourage You to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of Our Services or website after any update constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Policy.

§ 14
