Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?
No. Every plan is all-inclusive—tools, monitoring, patching, and support are bundled into your monthly rate. The only additional charge is a one-time onboarding/setup fee, which is waived for qualifying contract purchases.
What is the onboarding fee and can it be waived?
A one-time onboarding and setup fee applies to new engagements. It covers deployment, configuration, and initial training. This fee is waived when you purchase a qualifying seat contract—ask us about the thresholds for each plan.
What happens if I need to add more seats as my team grows?
Adding seats is straightforward—just let us know and we'll provision new users quickly. Your per-seat rate stays the same, and larger seat counts may qualify for volume discounts.
